1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Vessel Parts Hub website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Vessel Parts Hub provides professional procurement services for the maritime industry. We act as an intermediary to source marine parts, provide unified technical quotes, and manage logistics. We do not manufacture parts ourselves.
3. Request for Quote (RFQ) Process
When you submit an RFQ:
- You are responsible for the technical accuracy of the specifications provided.
- Our quotes are valid for the period specified in the individual proposal.
- Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding contract until a formal order is confirmed and accepted by us in writing.
4. Payments and Pricing
Pricing provided in quotes includes the cost of parts and specified logistics. Any additional taxes, duties, or unforeseen handling fees at the point of delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified in our formal proposals.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vessel Parts Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of any sourced parts. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and designs, is the property of Vessel Parts Hub and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vessel Parts Hub is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
